Who will be training me at Forward Bound Fitness?

At Forward Bound Fitness, every athlete receives personal attention from a qualified, experienced coach. Your sessions will be led either by Gabe Flores, the owner and Master Trainer, or by one of our highly trained FBF-certified coaches who share the same standard of excellence, energy, and attention to detail.

All of our trainers are personally mentored by Gabe and follow our proven Train. Build. Burn. system to ensure consistent quality and results. No matter who you work with, you’ll receive the same level of dedication, accountability, and expert guidance that defines the Forward Bound Fitness experience.

Do you offer one-on-one training?

Yes, we offer personalized one-on-one training sessions designed to target your specific fitness goals, needs, and schedule. Gabe will create a tailored workout plan, provide guidance, and keep you motivated every step of the way. This is our bread and butter!

How can I get started?

Getting started is easy! Simply contact us to schedule a consultation with Gabe. During this session, we’ll discuss your goals, current fitness level, and any special considerations. From there, Gabe will recommend a program that suits you best.

What should I expect in my first session?

Results vary based on your dedication, current fitness level, and goals. Typically, you can expect to see progress in energy levels, strength, and overall fitness within a few weeks.
